Narbonnaise, between land and water
The territory of the Narbonnaise delivers a mosaic of landscapes. Between rocky massifs and lagoons, cliffs and sandy coastline... this scenery is all about contrasts. Maison de la Clape, an interpretation centre for the Clape massif, presents the natural environment of the Narbonnaise. An area where animal and plant species live, where wild nature rubs shoulders with the urbanised coastline, where wind and sun have shaped the landscape and influenced human activity.
on-situ presents this environment through a system of double projection on a relief model and frontal projection.
