10,000 years of luxury

Fascinating, the exhibition "Ten Thousand Years of Luxury" reveals how cultures and civilizations have shaped the concept of luxury and questions its place in our society.
In the design and production of multimedia mediation devices, on-situ lifts the veil on what elevates an object to the rank of a precious : its age, its symbolic value, the quality of the craftsmanship or the rarity of a raw material. 3D photogrammetry and computer graphics show the minute details of the masterpieces ; a plunge into the intimacy of art, fashion, jewellery, design or furniture objects through the prism of a digital flipchart and video projections.
